Stow-Munroe Falls High School unit principal Anthony Horton will become the principal of Statnon Middle School in Kent, the Stow Sentry reports.
Stow Superintendent Russ Jones recommended the school board accept Horton's resignation at its May 14 meeting.
"It is bittersweet," Horton told the Stow Sentry. "Stow has been my home for my 13 years of teaching and I love the community here, the staff here, the students. But this was a great opportunity for me."
