A Fairview Drive woman, 19, was charged April 9 with domestic violence in the 300 block of South Depeyster Street.
Theft
Police said someone broke into a building April 13 in the 1300 block of Middlebury Road and about $2,700 worth of tools, including high-performance drills and air chisels, were stolen.
